  Do not recommend. I had a white dress dry cleaned here and it was returned in with a massive orange stain. I had no sooner walked out the door of the business and noticed it so I went back in to show them. They denied it and said the dress was like this and basically pushed me out the door to leave. Terrible service.

  not good for washing your wool blanket, unfortunately looks like they just washed as a T-shirt and some of wool is balled up.

  Clothes came back literally ruined. I asked for any return and of course they pretended to not understand me.

  Worst experience, our washing machine broke so I took a small size bag of essentials for a bag wash, the owner refused to give me a price or a ticket when I dropped it off, despite several requests she insisted that she would recognise me and my bag... When I returned and pointed out my bag the same woman just grunted $30 at me. I was very surpprised as having lived in 2 other areas in the eastern suburbs have never been charged more than $15 for a bag wash, she just shook her head and said..."no, $30" I explained that I thoguht this was over priced compared to other services and that I wouldnt use her service again if thats what it was but she wouldnt budge. Safe to say I wont be taking my laundry there agian in a hurry and will pay the $4 machine wash to do it down the road and wait. I know there is a lot of big money around the easter subburbs but they are just taking the piss! avoid at all costs and walk the extra 100m

  Put all my clothes in hot wash and ruined them. Poor service and pretend they don't understand you
